Sup, Ladies...(and dudes I guess...) My name is Mick, and I am the newest addition to the Natty Sharp boys. I'm a sophomore History major from Centreville, VA (7-0-3 represent.) I am one of the esteemed graduates from Westfield High School, (among others such as Sean Glennon, Eddie Royal, and many more.) Go Bulldogs!
I come from a very musically endowed family. My brother and I both were raised playing a plethera of instruments from saxophones, baritone/euphonium, trombone, bass, drum set and percussion, and just recently I picked up guitar. My true musical passion, however, is that little $3 dollar plastic recorder you get in third grade and play "Hot Crossed Buns" on. My father is a fire fighter who played the accordion, and my mother works for the Fairfax County Police Department and she playsˇ¦well, the radio.
I joined NS in the Spring of '08 and was hired as a vocal percussionist, (beat boxing extraordinaire,) but will also scrape by with some sub-par singing in the low register. When I'm not slaving over new beats to 'drop like it's hot' for NS, I also play trombone in the Marching Virginians, Hokies Pep Band, and the Jazz Ensemble here at VT. I love staying out late and getting rowdy, sleeping in late and nursing hangovers, ABP Mac and Cheese, and any movie where you laugh, see something naked, or something explodes. That's pretty much all I guess, I'll just say this: Ladies - PLEASE aim your undergarments carefully when we're seducing you with our tunes... wouldn't want to go putting any eyes out now...
